How Delivery and Orders Work!

Processing

Once we have meticulously hand-selected your Beef, we proceed to send it for processing at the abattoirs. Once the processing is complete, the beef is then exported back to our trusted butcher. At the butcher shop, the beef is allowed to hang for a minimum of 10 days, facilitating the aging process to take effect.

Delivery

Once the aging process is complete, our skilled butcher will proceed to cut and pack your order promptly. Typically, this process takes 1-2 days. We prioritize efficiency to ensure your order is ready for shipping in a timely manner. Our deliveries originate from Sydney and extend outward to other locations.

How long it takes

Please keep in mind that the entire process, from hand-selection to aging and delivery, can take up to three weeks. We kindly request your patience and understanding before placing an order. Rest assured, we strive to provide you with the highest quality product and ensure that your wait will be worthwhile.

Stock Levels

We make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. However, if you happen to miss the order window, please note that we typically send out a shipment of Angus beef every 2-3 weeks or when we have sold a full body. Therefore, we kindly ask for your understanding that it might take a little extra time for your order to reach your doorstep. We assure you that we are committed to delivering the highest quality product to you in a timely manner.

Returns or Refunds

Thank you for choosing Deervale Farms for your premium meat selections. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and satisfaction:

To qualify for a full refund, orders must be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. Quarter, half, and full body orders require a minimum of one week's notice prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date for cancellations to be eligible for a refund. Please note that once the meat has been shipped or the order creation process has begun, refunds cannot be processed.

Couriers
